Dilip Sarkar, Indian politician, Died at 61

Dilip Sarkar was born in 1958, and died on April 1, 2019.

He was an Indian politician from the state of Tripura.

In 2013 get together races Dilip spoke to Badharghat voting demographic in West Tripura region in Tripura Legislative Assembly.

In 2016 Dilip was one of the six MLA from Indian National Congress who joined All India Trinamool Congress.

Because of despondency towards gathering in light of unifying Communist Party of India (Marxist) in West Bengal Legislative Assembly decision, 2016.

In August 2017 Dilip joined Bharatiya Janata Party after they cross voted against the party lines in Indian presidential election, 2017.

In the 2018 election, Dilip stood from Badharghat again as BJP Candidate against CPI (M) candidate Jharna Das.

Numerous CPI (M) pioneers from Badharghat including previous DYFI Bishalgarh Committee president and CPI (M) nearby panel part Bidhan Ch. Deb went along with him.

With their support, Dilip won the 2018 elections with a margin of 5,000 votes.

He passed away at 61 years old.
