Duane Raymond William Edward “Ray” Weiman, born on February 22, 1946 and died September 4, 2015.

Duane was an educator and political figure in Saskatchewan, Canda.

He represented Saskatoon Fairview from 1982 to 1986 in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan as a Progressive Conservative.

He was born in Bruno, Saskatchewan in 1946, the son of Raymond Duane and Lauraine Hazelwanter, and was educated at the Saskatoon Technical Collegiate Institute and the University of Saskatchewan. In 1968, Weiman married Delores Ann Hanowski.

Weiman died at his home in Saskatoon on September 4, 2015 from cancer at the age of 69.
