Earl Foreman was born in 1924 and died on January 23, 2017.

He was an American lawyer and sports executive.

He practiced law in the District of Columbia.

Foreman was the owner of the short-lived Washington Whips professional soccer club of the NASL and a minority owner of the Baltimore Bullets franchise in the National Basketball Association.

Additionally, Foreman also owned an interest in the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.

Earl Foreman passed away at 92 years old.
