Jerzy Miroslaw Sadek was born on January 13, 1942, in Radomsko, and died November 4, 2015, in Żyrardow.

He was a Polish footballer.

He played for Alumnus Stal Radom (1954), in 1956-1961 he played in the Black Radom.

In 1973 Jerzy moved to the Netherlands.

He played in the I-League Sparta Rotterdam in 1972 to 1973.

In his career, he played 22 matches, scored 5 goals and Haarlem (up to 1976) and for a short while he worked as a coach.

He took part in 18 games the Polish national team, made ​​his debut in 1965 in a match against Scotland (in the qualifiers of the World Cup) and scored one goal.
