Kenji Kosaka was born on March 12, 1946, and died on October 21, 2016.

He was a Japanese politician.

He was born in the city of Nagano in Nagano Prefecture.

Kenji’s father is Zentaro Kosaka, also a former politician.

He received a law degree from Keio University in 1968.

Kenji Kosaka worked in London for Japan Airlines between 1968 and 1984.

After returning to Japan, he became secretary to Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone in 1986.

Kenji Kosaka was appointed the minister of education on 31 October 2005.

During 2005, Kenji Kosaka was elected to the House of Representatives for the sixth time, representing Nagano Prefecture.

He was affiliated to the openly revisionist lobby Nippon Kaigi.

Kenji Kosaka passed away at 70 years old.
