Menachem Mendel Taub was born in 1923, and died in April 2019.

He served as the Rebbe of the Kaliv Hasidic dynasty in Jerusalem, Israel.
During 1923, Taub was 7th in a direct paternal line to the founder of the dynasty, Rabbi Yitzchak Izak of Kaliv, a disciple of the Rebbe Reb Elimelech of Lizhensk.
His second cousin, Rabbi Moshe Taub, is the Kalover Rebbe of Williamsburg, New York.
His father was Rabbi Yehuda Yechiel Taub, the Rozler Rov, and son-in-law of Grand Rabbi Pinchos Shapiro, the Kechneyer Rebbe, scion of the Nadvorna dynasty.
Menachem had six brothers and sisters.
Menachem married his first wife, Chana Sara Shapiro, before the start of World War.
His first spouse, Chana Sara, passed on amid 2010.
In 2012, Taub remarried 55-year-old Sheindel Malnik of Bnei Brak and they stayed wedded until his demise.
Menachem Mendel Taub passed away at 96 years old.
