Paul Hisao Yasuda was born on December 20, 1921, in Kurume, Japan and died on April 23, 2016.

He was a Japanese prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.

Paul was ordained a priest on May 21, 1955.

Yasuda was appointed Auxiliary bishop of the Archidocese of Osaka on February 5, 1970, as well as titular bishop of Tucci.
