Prospero Nograles, Filipino politician, Died at 71

Prospero Castillo Nograles was born on October 30, 1947, and died on May 4, 2019.

He was a Filipino legislator.

He filled in as a Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 2008 to 2010.
