Rodrigo de Lima, Brazilian mixed martial artist, Died at 27

Rodrigo de Lima was born on May 9, 1991 and died on April 21, 2019.

He was a Brazilian mixed martial artist.

Lima contended in Bellator’s bantamweight division just as having two battles in the UFC in 2014 and 2015.

He began his professional martial arts’ career in 2008.

Lima battled mostly for Brazilian advancement Watch Out Combat Show.

There, he assembled a record of ten triumphs and no misfortunes.

In 2011, Lima marked with Bellator to contend in the bantamweight competition.

He made his introduction on April 6, 2012, at Bellator 64 in the quarterfinal match of Bellator season six bantamweight competition against Hiroshi Nakamura.

He confronted Ronnie Mann on March 28, 2013, at Bellator 94.

He vanquished Mann by means of consistent choice (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

That win earned a spot in the Bellator 2013 summer arrangement bantamweight competition.

During the elimination round, Lima confronted Rafael Silva on July 31, 2013, at Bellator 97.

He lost by means of submission because of a back stripped gag in the third round.

On April 21, 2019, he was going to Belém with a few other individuals in a vehicle driven by a Uber driver.

A dispute emerged between the travelers and the driver, and Lima purportedly punched the driver.

The passengers were dropped off close to a service station, and the driver struck back by running over Lima and slaughtering him.

Rodrigo de Lima passed away at 27 years old.
