Suzanne Twelftree, Australian Paralympic wheelchair tennis player and powerlifter, Died at 62

Paralympic Suzanne “Sue” Twelftree was born on August 12, 1956, in Wallaroo, South Australia and died on April 16, 2019.

She was an Australian wheelchair tennis player and Paralympic power lifter.

Suzanne Twelftree had three youngsters before turning into a paraplegic in 1986 because of arteriosclerosis deformity and a careful incident.

Following her accident, she took up wheelchair tennis.

In 1991 Suzanne Twelftree team took the bronze medal at the World Team Cup in Los Angeles.

She participated in the Women’s up to 48 kg powerlifting and finished ninth, at the 2000 Sydney Paralympics.

Suzanne resided on a farm until 2005 she relocated to Adelaide, South Australia.

She was a member of the Paraplegic and Quadriplegic Association of South Australia.

Married to husband Greg and children names is Todd, Nick and Abbey.

Suzanne Twelftree passed away at 62 years old.
